What changed in the latest version
12 added · 10 removedPlain-language change summary
The amendments to SB 404 clarify the definition of "covered person" in relation to short-term limited-duration medical plans, ensuring that it includes anyone entitled to health care services under these plans. The changes also specify that these amendments will take effect on July 1, 2021. This matters because it provides clearer guidelines for who qualifies for medical coverage under these plans, helping consumers understand their rights and access to health care services.
