The recent amendment to Senate Bill 5267 extends the timeframe for offering property for sale from 12 months to 24 months after obtaining it. This change is significant because it gives property owners more time to assess and potentially improve their properties before selling, which could lead to better outcomes for both sellers and buyers in the real estate market.
