What changed in the latest version
64 added · 68 removedPlain-language change summary
In the updated version of SB 5084, the total funding amount increased from approximately $3.97 billion to about $4.8 billion, allowing for more significant investment in state building construction and related projects. Additionally, the bill has clarified the allocation of bond proceeds, specifically removing a provision related to transferring funds to a revolving account for early learning facilities. This change emphasizes direct support for accounts focused on outdoor recreation, habitat conservation, and early learning facilities, which could enhance funding stability for these critical areas. Overall, these adjustments reflect a stronger commitment to infrastructure and community development initiatives.
