The changes to House Bill 1011 primarily extend the expiration date for certain liquor licenses. Licenses that would have expired between the effective date of the bill and March 1, 2021, can now be renewed by June 1, 2021. This adjustment can help liquor businesses manage their renewal processes during a challenging time. Additionally, the new provisions set a clear expiration date for this extension, which will end on June 30, 2023.
