Plain-language change summary

The recent amendment to Senate Resolution 4 calls on the Wisconsin Elections Commission to appoint an election administrator following the expiration of Meagan Wolfe's term. It emphasizes the Commission's legal obligation to make this appointment and highlights the Senate's lack of confidence in Wolfe, who has been rejected for reappointment. This change is significant because it reinforces the urgency for the Commission to act and ensures the Senate's role in overseeing the appointment process is respected.
