Plain-language change summary

The recent amendments to Assembly Bill 151 focus on workforce metrics, clarifying how state agencies must track and report the performance of workforce development programs. The updates require agencies to provide annual reports using specific indicators, such as employment rates and median earnings of graduates, which will help measure the effectiveness of these programs. This change is significant because it aims to improve transparency and accountability in workforce initiatives, ensuring they support individuals in finding sustainable jobs.
