Oppose PA HB 2120
I stand with the Firearms Policy Coalition and oppose this bill. HB 2120 will make it more difficult and expensive for young adults to adequately defend themselves using many semiautomatic firearms. Furthermore, this bill will prevent low-income individuals, including many single mothers and fathers, from exercising their Second Amendment rights altogether. What other constitutional right could be limited and segmented among free and legal adults over 18? The right to vote? Free speech? Protest? Assembly? Due Process? Speedy Trials? Worship? Equal protection? Privacy? Marriage? Movement? The answer of course, is none. And any type of proposed ban can and should be quickly rejected. I urge you to vote NO on HB 2120.
