Keep Legislators Home For The Summer And Crush The Progressive Agenda
As a citizen of Rhode Island, I urge you to keep the General Assembly home for the summer and to crush the radical progressive agenda running rampant in the Ocean State. The progressive vision is a threat to the hard-working people of Rhode Island. Their efforts would further worsen our last place business climate, and restrict our individual rights. The continual creep of progressive policies has wrought continued wreckage throughout the state. Even Bill Lynch, senior advisor for the Democratic Party, agrees that the Progressives are a "small out-of-touch extremist group that is not affiliated with our Democratic Party." I am asking you to do the following: -Protect constitutional 2nd Amendment rights, so that they will not be denied without due process based on frivolous accusations. -Keep almost $300,000,000 in state spending in the pockets of families and businesses. -Stop burdensome paid-time off mandates from harming Rhode Island businesses. -Prevent big-brother type surveillance on our highways that would infringe on our right to privacy. -Block immoral free college tuition that would lessen the value of a college degree and personal responsibility. The progressives must not be allowed to gain more ground in the General Assembly and further harm our families. Their extremist vision is dangerous to Rhode Island and you have the power to crush them. Thank you.
