Thank you for Vetoing Port Ambrose!
Dear Governor Cuomo, Thank you so much for using your power as Governor of the great state of New York to VETO the Liberty Natural Gas Port Ambrose Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Project. By taking this action, you are clearing the path for New York to move forward developing clean, safe, abundant, renewable energy like the Long Island – New York City Off Shore Wind Project, rather than staying shackled to our climate-destroying fossil fuel past as embodied by Port Ambrose. We applaud you for first saying “no” to fracking in New York State, and now to the unnecessary and dangerous Port Ambrose project.
