Fix Oregon's Overtime Law

When the Legislature passed HB 3458 in 2017, the legislation placed a new cap on the amount of hours workers can work in a work week. The new law made it illegal for workers to work more than 60 hours a week -- even when they want to! That means employees are losing out on high-paying overtime wages and in some cases, being forced to make up for those lost wages with second jobs.

It doesn't have to be this way.

Lawmakers have the opportunity to fix this broken law and restore worker freedoms by passing overtime reform legislation in the 2019 legislative session.

Workers should get to decide how much overtime they want to work, not politicians!

Join our effort to reform Oregon’s overtime law so that workers can have the freedom to work and earn as much money as they want.
