(k) The Agency shall have the authority to accept, receive, and administer on behalf of the State any grants, gifts, loans, indirect cost reimbursements, or other funds made available to the State from any source for purposes of this Act or for air HB0460 Engrossed - 11 - LRB096 03052 HLH 13067 b or water pollution control, public water supply, solid waste disposal, noise abatement, or other environmental protection activities, surveys, or programs.
