1609 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the House Committee on Appropriations on February 9, 2018) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Delegate Webert) A BILL to amend and reenact §§ 59.1-365 and 59.1-392 of the Code of Virginia, relating to horse racing and pari-mutuel wagering.
