0267h 24-2085 10/02 STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four AN ACT extending the commission to investigate and analyze the environmental and public health impacts relating to releases of perfluorinated chemicals in the air, soil, and groundwater in Merrimack, Bedford, Londonderry, Hudson and Litchfield.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
187:1 Commission on the Environmental and Public Health Impacts of Perfluorinated Chemicals;
(9) [Four] Five residents, one from each of the affected towns of Merrimack, Bedford, Londonderry, Hudson, and Litchfield, who are members of drinking water related environmental advocacy citizen organizations which are not affiliated with any government or state Amendment to HB 1114 - Page 2 - agency, recommended by the senators appointed to the commission and appointed by the president of the senate.
