Section 1 further authorizes the Division to establish a requirement.an eligible borrower to obtain a waiver of the household income - ~~*SB193_R2*~~ – 2 – Section 2 of this bill makes an appropriation to the Division for the purpose of establishing and carrying out the pilot program.

Section 1 of this act becomes effective:

- *SB193_R1* – 4 – regulations and performing any other preparatory administrativey tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act;

and (b) On January 1, 2026, for all other purposes.
