(Deleted by amendment.) Sec.
[Chapter 561 of NRS is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section to read as follows:

The Director shall establish a program to assist in the development of community gardens and urban farms in areas of this State with high levels of food insecurity, including, without limitation, areas that have been designated as food deserts.
The Director may apply for and accept any gift, donation, bequest, grant or other source of money for the purpose of funding the program established pursuant to this section.] (Deleted by amendment.) Sec.
