requiring [certain] a contractor or subcontractor engaged on certain public works that are projects for the development,development , deployment or improvement of broadband, telecommunication or fiber optic services to[to submitcomply certainwith recordsprovisions togoverning thepublic Boardworks; of Directors of the Nevada State Infrastructure Bank;

A[1. contractor or subcontractor engaged on a public work that is a project for the development, deployment or improvement of broadband, telecommunication or fiber optic services who, pursuant to subsection 6 of NRS 338.070, submits to the public body awarding the contract a copy of a record required pursuant to subsection 5 of NRS 338.070 shall simultaneously submit a copy of the record to the Board of Directors of the Nevada State Infrastructure Bank.

Sec.In addition to any other requirements imposed by federal or state law, the provisions of this chapter apply to any] A contractor or subcontractor engaged on a public work that is a project for the development , deployment or improvement of broadband, telecommunication or fiber optic services [for which public money has been provided and that is sponsored, financed, overseen or administered by a public body, including, without limitation, through the disbursement of money by the public body or the issuance by the public body of a request for procurement, in the same manner as if the public body awarded a contract for the project, even if the project does not qualify as a public work.

A contractor or subcontractor engaged on a project described in subsection 1 that] who, pursuant to subsection 6 of NRS 338.070, submits to [a] the public body awarding the contract a copy of a record required pursuant to subsection 5 of NRS 338.070 shall simultaneously submit a copy of the record to the Board of Directors of the Nevada State Infrastructure Bank.

As used in this section, “public body” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 338.010 and includes, without limitation, the Office of Science, Innovation and Technology in the Office of the Governor.] Sec.
