(a) The Task Force shall explore the technical and procedural changes that are necessary in order to implement a ~~HB0574~~ ~~Engrossed~~ - 4 - ~~LRB095~~ ~~04828~~ ~~HLH~~ ~~24888~~ b unique identification number system to replace the use of social security numbers by State and local government agencies for identification and record-keeping purposes.
