9 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

SF0035 STATE OF WYOMING 26LSO-0238 2 (a) The board of trustees in each school district shall:

5 (xlv) Adopt policies governing student possession and use of cellular telephones and smart watchesdevices in schools.

ForA purposessmart ofdevice thisshall paragraph,not "smartinclude watch" means a wearable computing device that closelycan resemblesonly atell wristwatchtime, ormonitor othera timeperson's keepinghealth deviceinformation with the capacity to act in place of or astrack an extension of a person's cellularlocation. telephone.

"Smart watch" does not include a wearable device that can only tell time, monitor a person's health information or track a person's location.
