247 Road Funding Amendments Senate Amendments Amendment 2 March 03, 2026 08:41 AM Senator Emily Buss proposes the following amendments:

(c) (i) Subject to the requirement in Subsection (1)(c)(ii), beginning on January 1, 2027, the statewide average rack price of a gallon of motor fuel determined under Subsection (1)(b) may not be less than [$1.78 Ŝ→ $2.39 Ŝ→ } ~~45a~~ ~~$2.67}~~ ] ←Ŝ ←Ŝ 45a Ŝ→ $2.39 ←Ŝ per gallon.

(c) (i) Subject to the requirement in Subsection (1)(c)(ii), beginning on January 1, 2027, the statewide average rack price of a gallon of motor fuel determined under Subsection (1)(b) may not be less than [$1.78 Ŝ→ $2.39 ] {$2.67} ←Ŝ 45a $2.39 per gallon.
