amending 70 O.S.
2021, Section 3-104, as last amended by Section 2, Chapter 445, O.S.L.

2024, Section 3-104), which relates to the powers and duties of the State Board of Education;
requiring electronic submission of certain report;
authorizing the Board to revoke or suspend a license or certificate only for certain reasons;
prohibiting the Board from summarily revoking or suspending a license or certificate pending certain proceeding or other action unless for an emergency;
requiring notification to superintendent upon initiation of formal investigation;
prohibiting the Board from taking certain action;
providing an exception;
updating statutory references;
providing an effective date;
and declaring an emergency.
