WHEREAS, the American Lung Association has been working to ensure that fewer people are diagnosed with lung cancer and those living with the disease live longer;

and WHEREAS, an individual is deemed high-risk if he or she is aged 50 to 80 years old and has a smoking history of 20 or more pack years;

Req.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE 2ND SESSION OF THE 60TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
