ThisA sectionparent or guardian of a child shall notbe apply:required to accompany and be present with their child in order for a child to be immunized at a vaccination clinic held in a public elementary or secondary school or chartered public school.

(a) To public elementary or secondary school or chartered public school vaccination clinics where such clinics exclusively provide influenza vaccinations.

(b) During a public health emergency declared in accordance with state or federal law.
