9 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

99.122 Protective security detail for nominees and officers-elect.—officers-elect.—The (1)Department Immediatelyof uponLaw theEnforcement adjournmentmust ofprovide thea meetingprotective security detail to all nominees of thea Electionspolitical Canvassingparty, Commissionother certifyingthan the resultsnominees of a minor political party, to the primaryoffices electionof underGovernor s.and Lieutenant Governor.

102.111,The theprotective Departmentsecurity ofdetail Law Enforcement must providebe aprovided protectiveimmediately securityupon detailthe toadjournment allof nomineesthe meeting of athe politicalElections party,Canvassing otherCommission thancertifying the nomineesresults of athe minorprimary politicalelection party,under tos. the following offices:

(a) The Governor.

(b) The Lieutenant Governor.

(c) A cabinet officer.
