Annual Review of Medical and Scientific Evidence.
Amend RSA 126-X:12, IV(a) to read as follows:
(a) Biennially reviewing medical and scientific evidence pertaining to currently approved and additional qualifying conditions.
Therapeutic Cannabis Medical Oversight Board;
The report shall include documentationcitations ofto the board'smedical reviews of currently approved and additionalscientific qualifyingevidence medicalreviewed conditions,by including the board'sboard, findingspertaining and recommendations, and citations to thecurrently medicalapproved and scientificadditional evidencequalifying reviewedconditions. by the board.
