The following standards of conduct shall be binding on all claims adjusters:
22:1543, 1663, 1693,or1808.1shallincludehisLouisianalicensenumberorNationalProducer Number and his contact information including name, mailing address, phone number, and electronic mailing address in all marketing and other communications, other than text messages, involving any activity forwhich his license is required.
* * * (22) An adjuster shall include his Louisiana license number in all electronic communications to the insured other than text messages composed and sent as part of his business or employment.
The licensenumbershall be in a type size that is no smaller thanthelargestofanytelephonenumber,streetaddress,oremailaddressofthe personorentityincluded inmarketingmaterialorothercommunications.
