"(c) The chief executive officer of Concordia Bank & Trust member of the LouisianaHouseofRepresentativeswhorepresentsDistrictNo.21shallappointone member.
Ferriday Downtown Entertainment District * * * B.(1) The boundaries of the district shall include the area within the followingperimeter:
TexasAvenue,EEWallaceBoulevard,MickeyGilleyAvenue, and First Street.
(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph (1) of this Subsection, the boundaries of the district shall also include both sides of Greater Street.
