Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:

Section1.Notwithstandinganyotherprovisionoflawtothecontrary,Louisiana Highway526,alsoknownasEastBertKounsIndustrialDrive,beginningatWrenwood Boulevard and ending on the western side of the Interstate 49 Interchange at Premier Court, all of which is situated in Shreveport, Louisiana, in Caddo Parish, is hereby designated as "Hayden Lane Mangum Memorial Highway".

Section 2.

The Department of Transportation and Development is hereby directed to erect and maintain appropriate signs of this designation provided local or Page 1 of 2 Coding:

460 ENROLLED private monies are received by the department equal to the department's actual costs for material, fabrication, mounting posts, and installation of each sign, not to exceed the sum of seven hundred fifty dollars per sign.
