1 On page 1, line 2 after "2094(H)" and before the comma insert "and to enact R.S.
to provide for commissioners of the Lafayette Metropolitan Expressway Commission;

to provide for the boundary and jurisdiction of the commission;
2 On page 1, line 10, after "reenacted" insert "R.S.
and to provide for related matters.

3 On page 1, line 14 before "directors" insert "thirteen" AMENDMENT NO.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
4 On page 1, after line 17, insert the following:
Section 1.
"(8) One member appointed by the Vermilion Parish Police Jury President.
The introductory paragraph of R.S.
48:2094(C) and 2094(H) are hereby amended and reenacted and R.S.
48:2094(C)(8) and (9) are hereby enacted to read as follows:

Lafayette Metropolitan Expressway Commission;
creation;
board of directors;
meetings;
quorum * * * C.Theboardshallbecomposedofeleventhirteendirectorswhoshallbethe governing body of the commission with full power to promulgate rules and regulations for the maintenance and operation of said authorityas follows:
