Increases the jurisdictional limit for the City Court of Bogalusa.

Presentlaw(C.C.P.Art.4843)providesforcertaincitycourtstohavejurisdictionconcurrent with the district court in cases where the amount in dispute, or the value of the property involved, does not exceed $50,000.

Proposed law adds the City Court of Bogalusa to city courts in which jurisdiction is concurrent with district courts where the amount in dispute, or the value of the property involved, does not exceed $50,000.
