21-5426, and amendments thereto, shall not be judicially enforceable in a dispute involving childhood sexual abuse or human trafficking allegations or claims, and shall be void as contrary to the public policy of this state, except that identifying information concerning a victim of childhood sexual abuse or human trafficking shall be deemed and maintained as confidential.
