Page 1, delete lines 10 and 11, and substitute the following:

AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES." AND Delete the subtitle in its entirety and substitute:
Subtitle TO AMEND TELEHEALTH AND TELEMEDICINE IN THE PRACTICE OF VETERINARY MEDICINE.
"TO AMEND TELEHEALTH AND TELEMEDICINE IN THE PRACTICE OF VETERINARY MEDICINE." AND Delete everything after the enacting clause and substitute the following:
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:
"SECTION 1.
SECTION 1.
(ii)(a) This means that the veterinarian has recently seen and is personally acquainted with the keeping and care of the animal, by virtue of an examination, whether in-person or by telemedicine, of the animal or by medically appropriate and timely visits to the premises animal is kept.
