Page 1, delete lines 9 through 14, and substitute the following:
Subtitle TO REQUIRE A PUBLIC SCHOOL TO ADOPT ATTENDANCE POLICY REQUIREMENTS UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS ATTENDING SCHOOL VIRTUALLY OR REMOTELY.
"AN ACT TO REQUIRE A PUBLIC SCHOOL TO ADOPT ATTENDANCE POLICY REQUIREMENTS UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS ATTENDING SCHOOL VIRTUALLY OR REMOTELY;
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES." AND Delete the subtitle in its entirety and substitute:
SECTION 1.
"TO REQUIRE A PUBLIC SCHOOL TO ADOPT ATTENDANCE POLICY REQUIREMENTS UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS ATTENDING SCHOOL VIRTUALLY OR REMOTELY." AND Delete everything after the enacting clause and substitute the following:
