75 01 "An Act relating to a license to drive a commercial motor vehicle." 02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:

04 (f) The department may authorize a person who is at least 18 years of age but 05 under 21 years of age to operate a commercial ~~motor~~ vehicle in interstate commerce if 06 the person 07 (1) holds a valid commercial driver's license under (a) of this section;
