Of this amount, $57,696 shall be used for the conversion of viewing rooms into office space, and $2,000,000$1,000,000 shall be used to move rock cores, samples, and other materials and equipment to the new Core and Sample Repository, or expenses associated with ongoing capital projects.

Of this amount $4,000,000 shall be used for lab equipment for the Huntsville Lab, and $800,000 shall be used for equipment for the new Dothan Lab.
(9) To the Bureau of Pardons and ParolesParoles, for$750,000. moving expenses of the Bureau, $500,000.
Of this amount, $650,000 shall be used for moving expenses of the Bureau;
and $100,000 shall be used for Redemption Earned, Inc.

and $3,000,000 shall be used for a capital project at Rickwood Caverns State Park.
(19) To the Educational Television Commission, $500,000.
(20) To the Department of Public Health, $1,200,000.

and $250,000 shall be used for the UAB TSC Clinic - NIH Prevent Trial and clinical Page 4 infrastructure.

Of this amount, $5,000,000 shall be used for Montgomery County Commission for economic development;
$5,000,000 shall be used for the Mobile Airport Authority to relocate commercial airline operations to the Mobile Downtown Airport for economic development purposes, and $20,000,000 shall be used for the Port of Alabama for economic development and coal loading/unloading equipment.
(22) To the Attorney General to be used for the Huntsville Area Crimestoppers, $25,000.
In addition to all other appropriations heretofore and hereafter made, there is hereby appropriated such amounts as may be necessary for public funds transferred into the State Treasury, in accordance with Executive Order No.
726.
Section 4.
This appropriation Page 5 is conditioned upon the availability of funds in the State General Fund, the recommendation of the Director of Finance, and the approval of the Governor.
The appropriation may only be released in four equal amounts at the end of each quarter of the fiscal year and is further conditioned upon quarterly certification by the Finance Director and the Legislative Page 5 HB125 Enrolled Fiscal Officer that the Department is in compliance with the above monthly reporting requirements and the reports show increases in newly-hired total correctional officers.
This appropriation is conditioned upon the availability of funds in the State General Fund, the recommendation of the Director of Finance, and the approval of the Governor." Section 4.5.
