(b)(1) Any and all monies collected pursuant to ~~Page~~ 1 ~~HB252~~ ~~INTRODUCED~~ subsection (a) shall be deposited by the Sheriff of Lauderdale County in any bank located in Lauderdale County selected by the sheriff into a fund known as the Sheriff's Law Enforcement Fund and shall be audited by the Department of Examiners of Public Accounts.
