1294h 24-2891 05/10 STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four AN ACT relative to establishing the disproportionate share hospital fund.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

298:1 State Treasurer;

Application of Receipts.

Amend RSA 6:12, I(b)(338) to read as follows:

(338) Moneys deposited in the uncompensated care and Medicaid fund established in RSA 167:64, I.

298:2 New Subparagraph;

State Treasurer;

Application of Receipts.

Amend RSA 6:12, I(b) by inserting after subparagraph (394) the following new subparagraph:

(395) Moneys deposited in the disproportionate share hospital fund established in RSA 167:64, V.

298:3 New Paragraph;

Uncompensated Care and Medicaid Fund;

Disproportionate Share Hospital Fund Added.

Amend RSA 167:64 by inserting after paragraph IV the following new paragraph:

298:4 Effective Date.

This act shall take effect upon its passage.
