RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this resolution may be cited as the “DC ELY Flag Football League Women’s Teams Recognition Resolution of 2019”.

The CounciloftheCouncil DistrictofColumbiaof the District of Columbia recognizes the DC ELY Flag Football Leagueahewomen’steanheomeitvelauefrtergetachievementsandLeague ccmlihmnt,inldigterssaiedomianeascnsctietoramntchmponsand the women’s teams in the competitive league for their great achievements and accomplishments, including their sustained dominance as consecutive tournament champions locally, nationally and in statesacrossstates across the nation.
