A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FROM THE OPIOID ABATEMENT RESERVE TO ESTABLISH AN INSTITUTE AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA AT GREENSBORO TO PREVENT AND TREAT OPIOID MISUSE.

Appropriations, if favorable, Rules, Calendar, and Operations of the House May 24, 2022 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FROM THE OPIOID ABATEMENT RESERVE TO ESTABLISH AN INSTITUTE AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA AT GREENSBORO TO PREVENT AND TREAT OPIOID MISUSE.

To the extent sufficient funds are available for this purpose, there is appropriated from the Opioid Abatement Reserve to the Board of Governors of The University of North Carolina for the 2022-2023 fiscal year the sum of ten million dollars ($10,000,000) to be allocated to the University of North Carolina at Greensboro to establish an institute at the ~~university~~ to prevent and treat opioid misuse.

To the extent sufficient funds are available for this purpose, there is appropriated from the Opioid Abatement Reserve to the Board of Governors of The University of North Carolina for the 2022-2023 fiscal year the sum of ten million dollars ($10,000,000) to be allocated to the University of North Carolina at Greensboro to establish an institute at the universityto prevent and treat opioid misuse.
