§(1) 911.Except as provided in paragraphs (2) and (3), the provisions of 42 Pa.C.S.

Courts§§ 3132 and 3135 shall apply to the judgeships added by the amendment of common42 pleas.Pa.C.S.

(a)§ General911(a). rule.--There shall be one court of common pleas for each judicial district of this Commonwealth consisting of the following number of judges:
