Notwithstanding section 5(3) of the act of July 17, 2024 (P.L.917, No.85), entitled "An act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in general provisions, further providing for definitions;
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

Investment of Moneys.--* * * (i) * * * (2) The authority to invest or reinvest the moneys of any fund pursuant to this subsection shall expire December 31, [2024] 2034.

The Treasury Department may maintain investments pursuant to this subsection which are in existence on the expiration date in this paragraph for not more than two years following such expiration date.
Section 2.
This act shall take effect immediately.
