andandginia, one of the nation's oldest trade L WHEREAS, established in 1924, the Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors of Virginia (PHCCVA) L was created to support the mission of the Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors National Association andWHEREAS, members of the PHCCVA are committed to adhering to a code of ethics that encouragesCencouragesnd E integrity, quality, workplace safety, training, education, preservation and promotion of healthEandhealth and safety, and demonstration of dignity and respect;

and WHEREAS, the PHCCVA offers testing and certification programs, performance evaluations of products, and training programs and helps establish standards and guidelines to preserve the safety of Virginians;
