That the Augusta Correctional Center operated by the Department of Corrections shall beEsoldbe sold in §accordance 2.2-1156with of the Code of Virginia or any other provisions of law,§ the2.2-1156 proceeds of the saleCode of thensVirginia. of Augusta Correctional Center shall be paid into the general fund.

Notwithstanding the provisions of § 2.2-1156 of the Code of Virginia or any other provisions of law, the proceeds of the sale of the Augusta Correctional Center shall be paid into the general fund.
