and L WHEREAS, Guy Tower assumed office to represent the Beach District on April 23, 2019, filling a andancy on the Virginia Beach City Council, and on November 5, 2019, he was elected for a new tCrm;term;

E WHEREAS, as a member of the Virginia Beach City Council, Guy Tower served his constituents ED with great dedication and concern for their success and well-being;

and WHEREAS, Guy Tower served on various boards and commissions as the Virginia Beach City D Council's liaison to the City of Virginia Beach's Audit Committee, Advertising Advisory Commission, Atlantic Park Community Development Authority, Old Beach Design Review Board, Resort AdvisoryAdvisoryssion, Commission, and Towing Advisory Board, as well as the Hampton Roads Planning District Commission andWHEREAS, Guy Tower is a founding member of The McCammon Group, which provides mediation, arbitration, and other private dispute resolution services and is the largestSomething organization of its kind in the Commonwealth;Water Festival;
