and UL 2022-2023 Virginia High School League State Theatre Festival, bringing home the program's ninth E consecutive state championship title;

and C WHEREAS, the Eastside High School one-act play ensemble saw two of its student actors, CassiEy Funk and Austin McCoy, earn Outstanding Actor awards for their performances;
