[H 994] Approved March 11, 2022 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1.
That the Board of Education shall examine its regulations in 8VAC20-790 of the VirginiaE Administrative Code and determine the feasibility of amending its regulations to permit all active duty the Child Care Subsidy Program.
That the Board of Education shall examine its regulations in 8VAC20-790 of the Virginia Administrative Code and determine the feasibility of amending its regulations to permit all active duty members of the Armed Forces of the United States who serve as caregivers to dependents to apply for the Child Care Subsidy Program.
The Board shall submit its findings to the House Committee only for Education and the Senate Committee on Education and Health.
